A brilliant video tutorial from Food and Wine has me itching to make a birthday cake. They ice the cake upside down. “How on earth do they do that?” you may have wondered.
Or at least, I did. So intrigued was I that I watched the clip from start to finish. Yes, you absolutely CAN ice a cake upside down. And the thing is, it’s not even difficult!
