  • 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime

  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
